Today we had the pleqasure once again of working on our project.  Amy and I are going to automate front door lighting.  Our customer is my "significant other".  We will post as progress is made.

This past Saturday, Amy & I got together to work on our home automation project.  Thanks to her cousin, we have fresh ideas.  Once again our focus has changed from solar panels to a toss up between automating HVAC or lighting.  It depends on what the "boss" will allow me to do to our new extension.  As of this posting, I have been told in no uncertain terms that I am not allowed near the HVAC.  I may be able to change a couple of light switches to automate them.   We'll keep you all posted as to what direction we go in.

yesterday in telcom class, Amy and I finally settled on what to do.  We are going to montor her solar panels.
