OBJECTIVE
Automating HVAC capabilities remotely (future project)
Automating hall chandelier by changing switch to a wireless dimmer and programming remote
Automating ceiling fan, “speed only”, no lighting by adding “fan-only” wireless switch and programming remote
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Material
A. Installation of Maestro switches and remotes by LUTRON
B. Installation of HVAC unit by BAYWEB
Changing of thermostat
Installing unit to HVAC system in basement
Connecting router from unit to customer provided Ethernet Cable
Set-up to BAYWEB monitoring
Application downloads to customer computer and cellular device
Educating customer on how to access information and make changes to the system
Providing free technical support to customer for a term of 180 days from time of installation services
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional cost may be incurred in the event upgrading wiring is deemed necessary. Your interest in installing solar panels to your home will be provided through our subsidiary Amy’s Solar. A separate estimate will be provided.
SOFTWARE COSTS AND PROFESSIONAL FEES
Attached is an estimate of all material and labor costs based on entire project. Costs to be adjusted based on construction schedule.
